When To Use

  • Use it by sending a link to applicants so they can book a time that suits you.
  • Use the google calendar, to keep both the google calendar and Calendly calendar updated so interviews can’t be booked when you are bus

Benefits

  • Don’t waste time sending emails back and forth
  • Lets you see if an applicant is keen enough to book an appointment
  • Will send confirmation emails and reminder emails that include ‘cancel’ or ‘reschedule’ links to help reduce no-shows.
  • Will include an automatic Zoom link

How To Use:

  • You’ll need to actively use and update the Recruitment Calendar on Goolge Calendar, this will need sharing with you
  • You need to send the book-now link to applicants and invite them to book an interviw
  • You can edit interview times directly in google calendar or on the calendly website, login in details are in Keeper
