The staff are friendly and always ask if they can do anything to help, and the carers always ask if we are okay as a family and nothing is too much for them. The office staff are always there on hand and I definitely highly recommend them and cannot thank them all for an incredible job they do as they have helped take the stress off massively.

PF has said all the carers that visit her are fantastic! She gave a special shout out to a few carers in particular, but stressed everyone is fabulous and she is very fortunate to have you all!

Massive thank you to all the staff at Homecare Services, they have been amazing at supporting RH during the end of his life, they showed him nothing but love and respect, a special thank you to Orny, when RH first started to deteriorate, I was struggling and Orny spent time with me to help me manage, showed me how to get a good routine going and gave me advise on how to manage with RH’s care day to day which I really appreciate.

My Father, who has early stage dementia, has used the service for a couple of years and we started off with three morning visits a week. Recently he has had a couple of incidents where he has fallen and, or been unwell and the Carer’s and Trafford office staff from Lifestyle have always been very professional and sympathetic when dealing with him. I have always been impressed by the level of communication my brother and I have received and as he has experienced more serious incidents recently I have been impressed by the way the whole team have dealt with the situations.

MS said “Lucy is very helpful and she knows my routine and is always happy to help.” MS’s daughter said “I look forward to Lucy coming to attend to mum as she is always happy and nothing is too much.”

BW said “The lady this morning (Emma) was lovely. Very friendly lovely lady. Came in and sat down like she had all the time for me. Which was nice. She helped me with washing. Truly such a lovely lady.”

Would like to give a huge shout out and show our appreciation for Claire Livesey, Claire organised for JC to receive a card for her 100th birthday from the King, this is a very special moment and I know JC would love this! Thank you Claire!

Bryony is a very efficient carer she is brilliant. She takes her time and knows her job very well she really is an amazing carer I love her looking after me.

ST said “Your Crisis team helped me initially when I came home from the RLI. At that time I needed a lot of help as I was unable to walk. All your staff were extremely kind in dealing with the most basic of tasks.

Over the weeks I improved and was accepted onto the Reablement programme. At that point the emphasis changed and the aim was to get me to do so much more for myself. This included exercises supplied by the physiotherapist. The carers varied in how they got me to participate and I valued the time they spent with me.

All members were very professional and I would like to thank them for their encouragement to get me walking again. I looked forward to their visits and thought of many of them as friends by the time we parted company.

All the staff who visited me were excellent but there are some I would like to mention by name. their techniques ranged from bullying to extreme kindness, but they all contributed to me being able to potter around, and outside, my home.

In alphabetical order these are Ann, Annie, Angelika, Anya, Carol, Jess,  Maddie, Santa and Shan. Thank you all very much.”

“Just a note to say thank you for caring for our Dad. We are truly grateful for your care, kindness & concern when visiting him at home. We know it’s not easy especially if people are reluctant to accept help, as he was. He always thought he was coping on his own but I guess we know different. I have a smile when I think of some of the things he always got up to which usually involved whiskey, disappearing or falling down hillsides.

However, he is now quite settled in a care home which is near me, so I can visit and take him out occasionally. Thanks again for the absolutely vital care work that you do.”
