Here is a great video giving us an opportunity to share some feedback from the local council team on the service we provide Homecare Services.
The LCC team go on to “say that dealing with the office staff is always easy and helpful and that they find the staff in the office very constructive, they find that being able to use a phone and email system for extensions, feedback, and further information has been a revelation and makes life much easier for them and our service users. They can maintain regular contact and obtain regular feedback which makes their decisions for the service users more reflective and feels more real. Most important they feel they find the feedback from the service users is incredible they say that the carers give their time full and all of themselves to the role, they honestly find the service from HC praiseworthy”.
It’s great to get such open feedback from the council team which shows the service provided is working for both the council and our service users across the board. Whilst also touching on the small changes and innovation that we bring and how that builds on and improves our service.
