We have updated the ID Card order form and the way they are produced for all staff.
The old process involved a third-party company who would print the cards for us. Since then this process has been completely internal.
Office staff from all offices can now order ID cards via the form linked here – ID Photo Upload
Once the form has been completed and submitted, a notification along with the form data will be sent to the printer.

- Follow the ID photo rules outlined in the form to ensure accurate photos of staff members.
Where to Find the ID Card Order Form
It takes approximately 3 days for the ID card to be printed and delivered once the form is completed. Please keep this in mind when ordering.
The ID cards are then printed at Bacup Road Office by an employee at Lifestyle.
You can order any and all ID Badges to be sent directly to your office using the following link – ID Photo Upload
The link should only be used by office staff, or those with permission from office staff.
