We have now released our letter head for us in every office.
The letter head is a TEMPLATE which means you can edit the ‘text’ fields only and the header and footers are fixed and should not be edited.

When editing the document the header and footer will be faded / dimmed, this will not appear when printed.
Rules
- When printing, it should always be in colour.
- The header and footer should not be changed to suit your location as we are using a single ‘head office’ from 2021. Instead reference clearly in the text where and how the recipient should contact you.

You should always default to this source as opposed to saving a document locally. This way, as new versions come in, in the future your letter is up to date.
