Our staff are always amazing, they give so much to their job and the people that they care for, it is inspiring. So we are always looking for ways to show our appreciation and reward them for everything that they do! Enter The Lifestyle Wheel of Fortune…

We have organised a prize draw raffle that involves all of our staff members – including our office staff. 

How can you be entered?

There are many ways that you can be entered into Lifestyle’s Wheel Of Fortune. Your name will be put into the prize draw every time that you manage to do something on the criteria list. You will receive an entry EVERY TIME:

• You receive from colleagues, management, service users, service users families and other professionals.

• You do something amazing that deserves an award, such as going above and beyond.

• Each full shift that you pick up between 18th Feb to 27th March.

• Every time you ‘refer’ someone to apply for a vacancy.

• Every time you refer a customer.

What Prizes are up for grabs?

There are some amazing prizes that can be won within the wheel of fortune prize draw!

• 2 x Holiday vouchers worth £2000 each

These can be used for whatever location you should choose and if you would like to add people onto the voucher (eg: to take your children etc) this can be arranged with the holiday agents.

• 2 x Smart TV’s

50” Smart TV’s up for grabs

• 2 x Smart tablets ( iPad/Android)

Just let us know whether you’d prefer an Android or an Apple product and we can sort what suits you best!

• 2 x £300 Selfridges vouchers 

This can be spent on any department within Selfridges that you wish!

• 2 x Spa Days 

A spa day awaits you with treatments included to make sure you are ultra relaxed

• 2 x Meal/bottomless brunch for 2 

This can be used in a number of different locations and restaurants so you get to choose what kind of day you’d like to have!

Just let us know what you would prefer, whether it be android or an apple product and we will sort it for you!

• 2 x £200 Asda vouchers

These can be used online on groceries.asda.com, George.com as well as in any Asda store within the UK and the balance on the card may be used for purchases in full or part-payment at any time.

You can choose from a number of amazing experiences on offer with Virgin Experience.

When is the cut off?

The cut off date for entries into the prize draw is 27th March. We will be drawing the winners for the Lifestyle wheel of fortune on the 28th! Make sure you tune in and watch LIVE on Facebook as we spin that magic Lifestyle Wheel of Fortune and pull out our winners!
